VESSEL WALKTHROUGH
Walking aboard GRANDEUR from the starboard aft boarding ladder, you step onto the main deck aft which features a built-in settee with dining table as well as three, loose dining chairs. The space is shaded by the bridge deck aft and features a generously sized staircase to the flybridge on the starboard side and a second boarding gate to port. To port, is an access door to the crew mess, crew accommodations, and engine room. Looking aft from the main deck, a dual staircase on both port and starboard sides leads down to a swim platform. There, a tender or toy garage provides additional storage or beach club amenities.Continuing forward from the main deck aft and entering through electric sliding doors, you walk into GRANDEUR'S full beam main salon with over 7 1/2 feet of head room and large windows. Granite floors accent the entryway and continue forward to starboard into a built-in bar area with cabinet storage and bar stool seating. Moving forward, you walk past built-in storage to port with both beverage and wine refrigeration as well as an ice maker. A 50" television is in-laid into the wall with wood accents around the frame. To port is a small dining table with chairs and to starboard is an L-shaped sofa and two loose, high backed chairs.
The circular shaped dining area, located forward and amidship of the main salon, is one of the most unique and special features aboard GRANDEUR. Guests can choose to keep the dining space informal and open to the salon, or closed off completely and open to the galley, providing a more formal and intimate dining experience thanks to a sliding privacy wall with beautiful wood patterns. A circular glass table with overhead chandelier and the same granite floors as the entryway, provides a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
Continuing forward to starboard from the main salon, guests walk through a seahorse etched glass doorway into a companionway that includes a large dayhead, teak stairs to the pilothouse, doghouse access, stairs to the lower guest accommodations, and a watertight door that provides access to the starboard side deck.
Forward of the lower guest staircase is the main-deck, split-level Master Stateroom. Upon entering the stateroom to port is the off-set king size bed with mirrored headboard and built-in nightstands on both sides. A TV located in a cabinet at the foot of the bed can be raised, lowered, and rotated 180 degrees. Across from the bed is a built-in circular-shaped sofa with coffee table. Both port and starboard sides of the stateroom feature built-in cabinet storage. A small refrigerator is located to port and a built-in safe is located to starboard.
Moving forward and down a set of five steps is the generously sized and open dressing area, which features 8 closets with either hanging space or shelf/drawer storage. Additionally, a built-in make-up/vanity with mirror and seating provides an additional amenity. Moving forward into the master en-suite are two double sinks with storage provided behind the mirror, a large Jacuzzi tub, toilet and bidet, and circular, frosted glass shower.
Back in the guest companionway and down the staircase to the lower guest staterooms is a welcome foyer with cabinet storage. Starting forward is the full-beam VIP stateroom with center-line queen size bed. Similar to the Master Stateroom, a built-in cabinet at the foot of the bed houses a hi/low television. To port is a built-in couch and access to the en-suite, which is located aft. To starboard is built-in cabinet storage, a walk-in closet, and make-up vanity. Large, rectangular portholes are located on both sides. The en-suite features a glass enclosed, circular shower, and sink with built-in medicine cabinet storage. Back in the lower guest companionway and moving aft is access to another doghouse under the stairs. Furthest aft are the two remaining staterooms. To port is a queen stateroom with two nightstands, built in drawers to port, a full size closet, and make-up vanity with chair. The en-suite features a sink, medicine cabinet storage, and glass enclosed, circle shower. The starboard aft cabin features two single beds, mirrored headboards, and a shared central nightstand. The en-suite is the same as the other staterooms, with glass, circle shower, sink, and medicine cabinet storage. Wall mounted TV's are located in both aft cabins.
The pilothouse, located up a set of teak steps from the starboard side main deck companionway also features teak flooring. Large windows provide excellent natural light. A built-in settee and table provide an excellent space to hang out while underway.
The flybridge is accessed from an overhead hatch in the pilothouse or the stairs leading up from the main deck aft. A driving station with chair is located to port with chest storage behind. A built-in L-shaped sofa provides plentiful seating. Across from the built-in sofa is a built-in bar with three stools for seating, sink, grill and refrigeration. Additionally, a dining table for eight is located to starboard. The space under the hardtop can be completely enclosed with eisenglass. Further aft to port is a built-in Jacuzzi with teak surround. A garage is located furthest aft with storage for jet skis or a small tender. The garage, when lifted, can also double as a movie screen on nights at anchor or as a space for sun loungers during the day.
Back on the main deck and looking forward from the main salon to port is access to the galley through a pocket doorway. Two windows provide natural light to the spacious galley, featuring the same granite as seen throughout the yacht. Plentiful countertop space and equipment are any chef's dream. Access to the port side deck is also provided by another exterior, watertight door. As previously mentioned, the dining room can be open to the galley, closed off from the galley, or closed off from the main salon entirely, providing an intimate dining experience.
Access to the crew's accommodations is through a port side door on the main deck aft. A generously sized crew mess with table and small galley provide an excellent space to hang out. There are three crew cabins- two with over/under berths and a captain's cabin with double berth. All crew cabins have their own private heads. Two sets of washers and dryers are also located in the crew area.
The engine room, aft of the crew mess and accessed through the same door from the port side main deck, features (2) x CAT3516 B engines, (2) x 65 kW Northern Lights generators, and an Atlas shorepower converter. GRANDEUR also features two watermakers, Dometic a/c chillers, Naiad stabilizers (underway only), and an Alfa Laval. A lazarette houses the yacht's hydraulics, steering, and storage. The engine room is well laid out and easy to maneuver, making service easily achievable.
